These guys rock!!! I had decided to get a few different quotes for my crawlspace. Dr. Crawlspace was the third and final one I scheduled. Once I received the estimate, I scheduled right away. They were able to get me scheduled within 4 business days! Payment was s secure and easy! They even called with an update and offered to tape up my vents while they were down there! The office manager, Julie got me an updated estimate right away, which I of course approved immediately! They got the job done before I got home from work and sent an update along with pictures of the finished job! Chris is knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had right away. I appreciate the great job! I highly recommended these guys for your crawlspace!!!!

I had these guys completely replace my vapor barrier and replace the floor insulation. They did a phenomenal job! The crew showed up on time and were polite, professional, and timely. They covered the floor inside my home to protect it which was really nice, and they did a few repairs. They also did my kid's home. No budgetary surprises either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Extremely glad we utilized them! They cleaned out our very tiny, narrow crawl space (I don't know how they got in there) and opened up our vents, plus replaced rotten posts under the house. The most important thing is they pointed out where our HVAC system was pouring water into the space which needed to be fixed ASAP (like by the sellers 20 years ago). They got the work done in half the time, left no mess, really nice guys. Very professional and highly recommend!

Wow. My new (to me) house needed its crawlspace cleaned up, re-vapor barriered, and generally serviced. Dr. Crawlspace came in with the lowest proposal, and even did the job way sooner than originally scheduled. Showed up early ready to work and were total professionals at every turn. Dr. Crawlspace was the 2nd opinion I got regarding my crawl space. The first company I had out told me that I had water issues and needed a sump pump. Kris from Dr. Crawl Space came out and told me, I did not have water issues and therefore did not need a drainage system. I did need new vapor barrier due to another issue I had. The crew that came out was fast, tidy, and very nice about answering my endless questions. I appreciate everyone I dealt with. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in what they do. Brenda in the office is also a great communicator.

Our crawlspace is big and we wanted to use it for storage. But everything we kept down there got moldy due to the high humidity levels. I did some research and found that I need a crawlspace encapsulation done. I interviewed a few of the local providers, but decided on Dr. Crawlspace in the end. They were competitively priced and Greg really took the time to address all my concerns. I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond for me. They discovered that water was seeping into the crawlspace due to insufficient drainage and were able to correct that. They also discovered a leaking water pipe and were able to get that fixed. Long story short, they got rid of the wet crawlspace and gave me a usable, humidistatically controlled crawl space that I can now store things in. It's so nice down there, I may turn it into a man cave. I highly recommend their services. Well worth it.

Greg came out to do an estimate today and I was very impressed by his professionalism, punctuality, and honesty. He confirmed the appointment the night before and showed up on time. He explained his findings to me and most importantly, he said that I don't really need his services at this time. I am always very impressed with a sales person who doesn't push unneeded services on people. If I did have more resources, I would love to have encapsulation done and I would absolutely give my business to Greg. Maybe sometime in the future I will be able to. I would 100% recommend having Dr. Crawlspace out to get a free estimate and a honest evaluation of your situation.
